We had an absolutely wonderful stay here! The kids club was a lifesaver, and the shallow section of the pool kept our toddlers safely entertained for hours. The two-bedroom suite was incredibly spacious, and having a small kitchenette made breakfast times so much easier. The only minor downside was that service at the pool bar was quite slow during peak afternoon hours, but the staff were always smiling and apologetic. We will definitely be back next summer.

The hotel location is excellent, right next to the central business district and the subway station. The room was perfectly quiet, the desk was highly functional, and the Wi-Fi speed was excellent for video conferencing. However, the iron in the room was leaking water, which ruined one of my dress shirts before a meeting. I notified the front desk, and they replaced it quickly, but it was still a stressful start to my trip. Breakfast buffet had a good selection of both Western and Asian options.

Pure perfection from the moment we arrived! They surprised us with a bottle of champagne and rose petals on the bed for our honeymoon. The private plunge pool overlooking the ocean was breathtaking, and the bed felt like sleeping on a cloud. Every single staff member anticipated our needs before we even asked. The spa treatment was worth every penny. It is expensive, but for a special occasion, it is absolutely worth it. A flawless experience.

An exceptional stay from start to finish. The architecture and interior design are stunning, seamlessly blending modern luxury with local heritage. Our king room had a beautiful view of the skyline and an incredibly comfortable mattress. The highlight was definitely the rooftop infinity pool and the exceptional service—the staff remembered how we liked our coffee by day two. The only reason it isn’t a perfect 10 is that the valet parking queue was a bit backed up during check-out time. Still, a fantastic experience.

We had a wonderful weekend getaway here. The family suite was huge, very clean, and gave everyone enough space to relax. The location is perfect—quiet enough for a good night’s sleep, but just a 5-minute walk to the main shopping district and local night markets. Kids loved the water slide at the pool. The breakfast spread was massive and delicious, featuring a great mix of local specialties. We highly recommend this place for families.
